I know that it's nothing new, many people mentioned it before and it never works anyway, but...

I was wondering about... what do you see/think when you say 'MMD Community'?

You see... MMD users. Mostly those from dA, because people from YouTube are in at least 90% the same people from dA. Those from Tumblr also. But never mind.

You see... actually a huge group of people, who use the same program, but not necessarily for the same purpose.

You see a community, where people use MMD for pictures, for videos, for stories, for trying out their skills in motions, for gaining popularity [indeed some of us do that.] etc.

You see people who use various types of models, like VOCALOID ones, UTAU ones, game characters, anime/manga characters, OCs, booby ones, slutty ones, bishie ones, 'kawaii' ones, shota ones, realistic ones, chibi ones, anorexic looking ones, huge ones, small ones etc.

You see people who enjoy taking time in their MMD work and are able to spend hours, days, weeks, months in making their 'MMD Art' like a masterpiece and people who don't spend so much time on their stuff.

You see girls and boys in various age groups.

You see black people, white people, asians, blasians...

You see Europeans, Americans, Australians, Asians...

You see people who prefer being calm and not getting into fights and people who like attention and make a fuss around even simplest things, calling them 'drama'...

You see users who claim to be into MMDC from almost the beginning, those who are few years, those who started year ago and those who just started...

You see pro pmd editors, actual model makers, average editors, more basic editors and those who rather recolour...

I could count whole day, but you know what is the main purpose for this? To show you that MMD Community is built from a huge pile of people. Different people. With different points of view. With different opinions.

Why I thought about this? I just laugh when I see someone saying their opinion like it's the opinion of the whole MMDC.
Or those who claim to hate whole MMDC. No. You mostly hate one certain person or a certain group of people FROM MMDC. Not the whole MMDC. Because many of MMDC residents never even had anything to do with you.
Also, whenever a new argue appears - so called 'drama', everyone is immediately blaming 'The MMDC'.
Oh, sure. Let's say... random Tina or Amanda or Jack or whoever, a person who don't even know you exist and vice versa, is the fault of the drama you don't like, yes? mmmm. I see.

You know what actually? I LOVE MMDC! I am really really happy I am a part of it. Because otherwise I would never meet many awesome people from here, I would never experience something like this... And even though there are some ARGUES here [which you immediately love to call 'drama'], it's a really cool community. If you think MMDC is horrible, you should pay a visit to for example Polish ZeroChan community. You would come back here, crying a river and having nightmares and suicidal thoughts for a loooong time.
